      Pros

      AAMC is engaged in employees' success whether it's in career advancement, social wellbeing, financial wellbeing or wellness. Problems that have been to the attention of higher management have been or are being addressed so it doesn't fall on deaf ears. There are lots of employee appreciation activities and celebrations. It's a great place to work.

      Cons

      Employees don't always park where they are assigned and it impacts patients trying to get services. This is especially true in the buildings where most of the doctors offices are.
