      Great atmosphere, friendly staff, opportunities for growth and development, tuition reimbursement, teamwork, good benefits

      Cons

      I wish I got paid more in my entry level position and benefits didn't cost so much but I expect that everywhere.

      Pros

      Pay is above average for nurses. Lower management try’s to listen to you and help make changes. Staffing is typically good with fair ratios. They don’t mandate.

      Cons

      Not sure the company backs up their nurses (I feel I’m easily replaceable) Wish there was a gym for staff. Insurance could be better I don’t like the options I was provided with. The doctor to nurse communication is not good. Team work could improve.

      Our nurses are a valuable asset to our organization and we strive to create a safe, collaborative practice environment. While we do not have a gym on-site, we do offer employee fitness classes, open our Cardiac-Rehab gym to employees twice a week, and have partnered with many area health clubs to offer employees discounted memberships. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to continually improve.
