      Pros

      Has an amazing culture of caring and service. Always does the right thing for patients and families. The health system always cares about the wellbeing of the workforce. Best health system in the state.

      Cons

      Not a con, but everyone is dedicated to the mission and so people work hard.

      My experience with AAMC has been great. Nice people with excellent patient care.

      Cons

      Of course ALL jobs has CONS: But this one is not too big. We no longer get our employee discount at the cafe and the coffee shop. But I guess we all have to make sacrafices to be great!!!!!
