I like working for AAMC, if only I could find a job I like. MA's are fun to work with. Able to vent to only 1-2 staff with trust.

Cons

Manager is unorganized. No respect. Blames you for negativity, when it's the Manager attitude that makes you the way you are. Can't trust the staff. Co-workers putting their work on you, can't get your own work done. A lot of work no good pay. Feel like a puppy dog. Lazy co-workers.

Our organizational development team also provides many resources for employees on how to improve teamwork and cohesiveness in their departments. We want you to grow with AAMC, and hope you can find your purpose here. To that end, we have numerous programs designed to help you. Our Purpose Wellbeing team promotes ways that employees can achieve their career goals at AAMC. Events like the internal career fair and other resources have been designed to help you find the best fit for you within AAMC. Please check out the "Learning" tab on our intranet to learn more about what AAMC provides to help its employees expand their education and training.

I love the compassion to help patients and family! I feel as if I have my own family at work, yes we may argue here & there but we come right back together, settle our differences and work hard to make the best of everything! There is definitely acknowledgement for hard work. Great benefits, great pay, and opportunity to learn and/or promotion!

Cons

None....there is always someone you may encounter that you have an issue with at one point in time AT EVERY JOB. Yet this doesn't make a con for AAMC, I LOVE MY JOB!
