- Staff that you work with are very friendly for the most part. - Flexible shifts. 6a-3p, 9:30a-6p, 8:30a-4:30p

Cons

- HR is horrible. Very strict policies on clocking in and out, pto requests, sick leave. - Horrible benefits. You will be paying more than other places for insurances and other neccesities. - Poor communication between clinics and management. It seems every person has a different answer for what the company policies are and what is required of you to do each day. - Poor Managment. TPS is the new HR team and they are not at all friendly or understanding of any mistakes or emergencies you may have. Upper management is also very callous when it comes to personal issues or work conditions.

Growth potential and great support. Contract pay is excellent.

Cons

They pay contracted agency employees more than base they offer dedicated employees. Pay is insufficient for regular full time employees. Although growth potential is a positive aspect, it essentially boils down to who you know. HR lacks knowledge regarding pay scale and the guidelines for pay with certain positions and will deny you the correct pay scale for your position. Additionally, they refuse to offer you any compensation for their error and no consideration for correcting their error with regards to bringing you up to pay scale.
