Pros
Our PTO is great, with 7 paid holidays and an average of 21 paid days off per year and with more years with the company you will accrue more time off each paycheck.
Cons
Time and time again the company has shown consistent lack of care for their employees. New locations keep opening, yet they don’t ensure the existing locations are fully staffed and running smoothly. Patients should be a top priority, their safety and the quality of care they receive should be placed over everything, yet upper management does not see to this. They instead take away support staff—allowing the employees with a professional degree (PTs and PTAs) , to not only treat their patients and document efficiently so directors and managers can get paid, but to also greet patients at the door, input paperwork, and check in patients. The glaring lack of support has burnt out staff that were once passionate about healthcare and physical therapy, and caused them all to jump ship without looking back.
