• Manager bullied me and singled me out, creating “company policies” that only applied to me (not the rest of my team) demanding that I work extra hours, etc. • Disorganized- did not have my own desk for 3+ months • Merge with Anne Arundel Medical Center didn’t result in equal pay between the two companies • Job description during interview was not consistent with responsibilities - ended up being on-call 24/7 every other week when there was no mention in the job description. When I went to HR, apparently “ability to work occasional extra hours” encompassed a bi-weekly on call schedule. No increase in pay for working on-call hours.
