convenient, used to be a nice place to work.

Cons

Miserable place to work. Poor leadership in the operating room, limited growth for most, promote the inept and praise them while patting themselves on the back.

Management is racist, biased and values employees who kiss their rear end.

I had an awesome work environment in the Bowie Outpatient Rehabilitation Office and now here at Annapolis. In the matter of 8 months I was able to work my way up to a higher position in the company! I now have administrative autonomy and placed again around great co-workers and supervisors who support my professional growth.

Cons

Awesome company, but poor leave compensation.
