Pros
- Everyone is friendly. Because the company is small, it's easy to know everybody. It was fun to work with most of people here. - If you are a great employee, which means you are hardworking, efficient, and responsible, the company would recognize that in different ways. - Everyone might have to do a bit of something outside of their job responsibility, but because of that, I learnt a lot. I love that. You get to see different aspects of a company. - The company do accommodate employees when there is family emergency or if you need to leave early. - Employee discount when purchasing furnitures. - At least 2 company events per year. -Monthly lunch provided by company. - Some other reviews said it's stressful working here, but I do like to have stress at work. That's how you grow and learn in a position.
Cons
- Sometimes people don't always want to do what they are assigned to. Some people might not be happy about it. - Only have 5 or 6 national holidays per year.
