-Monthly Team Lunches -Friendly employees

Cons

-Stressful Environment -Extremely Disorganized and contradicting directions -Lack of Management - Poor Benefits and PTO package - Severe Job Creep, constantly having to do many jobs outside of role - Small Company Environment, only about 30 employees -Quick turn around time for many employees -Little to no job growth -Lack of Company Culture and Work/ Life Balance, no ability to work from home

• Collaborative and supportive team environment • Ability to directly interact with management and executive team, and have your voice be heard. • Products are designed and developed onsite • Flexible Scheduling • Ability to interact with large corporations like Wayfair and Overstock

Cons

Great environment that works best for self-driven and motivated people that are looking for long-term growth.
