      -leadership used to be good

      Cons

      -New CRO seems manic/emotional, doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing, has no approach, did away with processes and just seems to be making random decisions, is also quite rude. -trying to be vague as possible but there’s some immaturity up there. They will call any personal connects you have and will actively try to ruin your reputation after you leave, big yikes. Just leave me alone maybe? Would not have left a negative review if they didn’t actively bash me to my friends. Not classy guys.

      Pros

      Digital Pharmacist was a great opportunity largely due to the growth that it was experiencing. If you work hard and work well with others, you can find a comfortable place to excel.

      Cons

      Because of its startup roots, things would get very chaotic sometimes.
