      Pros

      I've been with Lumistry for a while now and I've found it to be a dependable place to work. The company culture is genuinely supportive, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. Leadership is approachable and transparent, consistently making an effort to ensure open communication across all levels. Training opportunities are available, which has helped me get better at my job. The people here are friendly and professional, always willing to lend a hand when needed. We're also given the flexibility to work from home, which I appreciate as it helps me manage my personal life alongside my career. Overall, Lumistry is a straightforward, fair place to work where you can steadily grow your career and enjoy your day-to-day job.

      Cons

      Limited company holidays but they offer open PTO.

      Pros

      Lumistry prioritizes its employees' well-being, growth, and satisfaction by fostering a positive and supportive work environment. They actively address employee needs and concerns. I appreciate that they still offer hybrid and remote work allowing for a a healthy work-life balance. It is a positive and inclusive culture where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. Plenty of employee recognition programs and great benefits for a company of this size including parental leave and unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Management is approachable but some areas of top-down communication could be improved.

      My experience at Lumistry has been truly rewarding! The community here is fantastic—whether it’s the support and collaboration of colleagues or the leadership’s openness, transparency, and commitment to the company’s success. It all comes together to create a strong, inclusive work environment. This positive culture fosters continuous growth and learning, providing valuable opportunities for personal and professional development. The hybrid work model is ideal, and the benefits are highly competitive—especially the unlimited PTO, which is an incredible perk. On top of that, Lumistry keeps things engaging with fun events across different offices, ensuring employees feel connected and enjoy their work experience. There are also always fun events happening throughout the different offices offering connection opportunities and making sure that people enjoy working at Lumistry.

      Fast paced environment, and sometimes things change due to the nature of the industry that Lumistry is in. Not a big con, just something for leadership to understand and be able to help their teams pivot and navigate through changes. Keep listening and being transparent with your teams and the company!
