      Needs to keep their word and provide training

      Pros

      People were nice that I met.

      Cons

      I was told I would be coming into the office for training but was only in the office maybe 3 times. When I was there manager was talking at or there employees desks or outside smoking. No training provided you had to learn what you did online. It's pretty bad when a manager tells you I know I have neglected you but it's your own fault if you fail. Also, if she spent more time working she wouldn't have to work at home late hours.

      Can be fun, but also crazy!

      Pros

      The people at Lumos are awesome! It is a growing company, which creates a faster paced environment, with new ad hoc work and analysis to be done at a regular pace. It gives you a chance to learn more things and skills.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like it is a "work harder, not smarter" workplace. There are way too many instances of people asking for things at the last minutes. A little planning can eliminate many of these instances and save teams and employees from scrambling at the last minute.
