Pros
They employ many knowledgeable techs and engineers. Most of the management staff is friendly and helpful, and willing to help employees under them move forward in their career. There is a lot of room for growth if you look for it.
Cons
While they employ knowledgeable staff, they also employ many people who have no business in their positions. They have been known to hire people into positions without posting open positions. They offer little career training but that does seem to be changing.
