      Pros

      I've never worked for a company that put such dedication to the company and the team. As exaggerated as that may sound, I feel like if I wasn't there my contribution would be missed. I really enjoy working here, and it's so refreshing to have coworkers also take a lot of pride in their work. I know I'm working with a cohesive team that prioritizes quality and integrity first.

      Cons

      Sometimes the traffic can be a pain on Koenig.

      -Lots of opportunities to grow and learn from people who have been in the recruiting business for many years. -Leadership is straight forward and very transparent. -Small company so everyone contributes and make an impact on the success of the business. -CEO is very open and runs the business with a lot of integrity

      Benefits aren't as amazing as working for a large corporation, but for a small business they're definitely very competitive.
