      Pros

      No drama here! Everyone is treated with respect. It is a fun-loving environment with plenty of opportunity to really get to know the team including Breakfast Club on Fridays! The level of talent is high across both the recruiting and sales teams. We have access to a robust portfolio of sales & recruiting tools and a healthy marketing budget. The CEO is well-respected by her team and clients. She is fair, accessible and well-connected. She is a savvy business owner with high integrity.

      Cons

      No 401(k) - yet, but it is coming in 2018. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind.

      Pros

      After working at Luna for over a year I can safely say that this has been one of the best places I have worked. This company is more like a family that cares about each one if its employees. They have a strong client base and consistently growing.

      Cons

      It would be nice to see some sort of 401K option.

      Pros

      Great female leadership! Excellent client relationships. Each recruiter has an opportunity to work on a variety of positions in technology. Strong sales staff, and strong middle management.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't that great. Office is outdated.
