Pros

-easy charting system -easy to manage my schedule without calling the patient via app -good customer service chat -flexible withdrawal

Cons

-schedule is slow, and my income is low due to a limited number of patients -most of cases are outpatient/medicare B - should spend more time with the patient as 1:1 -Scheduling patients from your list without confirming in advance if you've marked your schedule as available.

Pros

There's a lot I love about this job. Here are some highlights: + Learning and growth culture. Examples: Weekly book discussion group. Pair programming to learn from each other. Thoughtful PR feedback. + Small, talented, and kind engineering team + We prioritize ruthlessly, so you're always working on high value initiatives. + We have a lot of agency and opportunity to drive change. + We spend our time working with stakeholders and building, not navigating bureaucracy. + There's a healthy relationship and collaboration between product and engineering. Neither side dominates the conversation. + Reasonable work expectations. My normal week is 40 hours, with few exceptions. + High engineering standards. We take the time to build well, even when under pressure. We know that cutting corners now will just hurt us down the road. + Comprehensive automated testing. Although not perfect, we have pretty robust testing, which catches most regressions before they make it to production. + Compassionate leadership. The head of engineering cares about you as a person, not just as an engineer.

Cons

It's a full remote team, and at times that can be isolating. We fight for team cohesion, but it's just harder than in person. We do get together in person at least once each year, hopefully more going forward. We have some of the usual pain points of every tech company. Supporting legacy products. Never enough time for everything. The constant fight against flaky automated tests. Etc.
