Innovating and growing team. If you have potential that is not being used, Luna is for you! Its a company that helps me use my potential and helps me learn more everyday. The All Hands team meetings gives employees visibility into all departments and business information.. none my previous jobs shared business goals and all department updates. I feel involved and rewarded for my work. It truly feels a merger of tech and healthcare work environment.

Cons

Company is in growth mode and there can be some growing pains.. Its not an easy 9-5 job.. its demanding, fast paced and needs you to be on your A game 95% of the time. Not a con for me..

The culture here at Luna is amazing! Everyone here are so welcoming and make the job enjoyable. My team and Supervisor are super understanding and supportive

Cons

Concierge team doesn't get enough recognition and praise. They need more shout outs, encouragement, maybe even bonuses/rewards! The job itself is at times emotionally draining. For example, clients are yelling at you over the phone for something you didn't do and someone from another department is responsible for. Yet concierge gets the beating :(
