Empty promises and confusion

Pros

The company is really young and promotes a fun culture.

Cons

The company is very disorganized. There are terrible avenues for communication. Luna has some great employees who work there but the upper management are unreliable and tough to believe in. There were a lot of empty promises and the clients/partners could read through them. At home physical therapy sounds great and is a great product but the concierge team is worked way too hard and not given opportunities to organize. The BD team had no guidance and no mentoring to create platforms of growth. The overall culture seems fun but is really just a gossip ridden negative place.

A lot has changed since those early days! When companies are first formed, it's a very fluid environment. Companies frequently iterate on ideas, make adjustments, try new things and abandon others. Employees wear many different hats during that time period. It can be an invigorating time for those who opt into it -- one of learning, growth, and thrilling challenges. The hard work of the entire team turns the concept into a viable, thriving business. Two years later, Luna has grown and matured. We still iterate and adapt quickly. We have a much larger team now and roles have defined structure, responsibilities, with protocols and playbooks. Because of Luna’s growth, several employees have now become managers of their own teams. Our communication skills have always been sharp and we believe that communication is the core to maintaining a strong and healthy team. The entire team, including management, always welcomes ideas and feedback. Describing Luna as a negative environment seems inaccurate, but may have been your perception, and that’s regrettable. That being said, thank you for joining us for a short portion of our journey and we wish you the best in your career!

Pros

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The work environment is so positive, everyone is pushing and driving towards the same goal. Everyday we are learning and growing as we all strive for success. The team here meshes so well and is extremely collaborative. If you ever have a question or need help, anyone here is willing to help out and make sure you have the tools you need to succeed. I can honestly say that this is a job that makes you excited to wake up in the morning. Besides the work environment there is a lot of room for growth and success, there are so many oppurtunities to truly excel within the work place and be recognized accordingly. This company keeps its people within its best interest and ensures that all employees feel heard, supported, and included within collaboration.

Cons

There are no cons with this company.

Pros

Revolutionizing outpatient physical therapy through technology and outstanding patient care. I get up every morning with a desire to go to work because of the difference Luna is making in the lives of people whether they be patients, therapists, or employees. This excitement and desire to drive the company forward is contagious throughout all of Luna and makes the culture what it is; the best! Great people. Great culture. Terrific business model. Bright Future. Fantastic opportunity. It is an honor to be a part of the Luna Team!

Cons

The cons of Luna would not be considered cons anywhere else. We succeed and fail as a team. As a result, we are always supported to move forward. No pressure will ever be too high or hours too long that we can't get through it as a team. Moments of high pressure. There can be some long days (totally worth it). Growing pains which is expected within a new business model.
