Pros

Luna is a passionate team of unbelievably talented people. From the moment I joined, I was blown away by the cohesiveness of the group and the laser focus on the goal at hand. The platform has taken hold in the market because it was truly needed. We hear that on a daily basis. I am proud to have a role that is exciting, purpose driven, and fulfilling.

Cons

The pace at which the company moves is staggering. Luna has a business model that resonates in the market, industry-leading tech, and is growing at an unbelievable clip. To this end, there is constant movement, evolution, and change.

Pros

Revolutionizing outpatient physical therapy through technology and outstanding patient care. I get up every morning with a desire to go to work because of the difference Luna is making in the lives of people whether they be patients, therapists, or employees. This excitement and desire to drive the company forward is contagious throughout all of Luna and makes the culture what it is; the best! Great people. Great culture. Terrific business model. Bright Future. Fantastic opportunity. It is an honor to be a part of the Luna Team!

Cons

The cons of Luna would not be considered cons anywhere else. We succeed and fail as a team. As a result, we are always supported to move forward. No pressure will ever be too high or hours too long that we can't get through it as a team. Moments of high pressure. There can be some long days (totally worth it). Growing pains which is expected within a new business model.
