Cannot rely on internal support for career advancement. Sometimes hard to trust your own manager as they are all out for their own goals and objectives, though they seem nice from outside they could be stabbing your back and senior leaders knowingly allow this to happen. Now that they are growing with the newly copromoted products, it's a challenging place to work. ,

I have been in medical device sales, vaccine sales and pharmaceuticals for many years and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The Manager’s get rid of top reps if they feel like they are being threatened and or worried more about optics. They favor the braille noses, even if they are not performing. They will rip your job right underneath you for no reason and make up lies. And HR fully supports them every time.
