      Pros

      Great salary, benefits, work environment, etc. I have never worked in a company with such great activities and perks!

      Cons

      Very political and social environment. It's not as much a con as a fit issue... Who you kiss up to is at least as important as the work you do. If you're in the good graces of the right people, there is no limit to what you can do but the quiet people who do a good job and don't flash it around do not get noticed. If your an outgoing AND competent person, you will thrive there!

      Being known to many no. of people Lundbeck is renowned for its standards so working with one of the best gives more respect satisfying salary growth and learning opportunities learning as a whole from course to etiquette make a man complete in many sense

      Cons

      greater area to cover sometimes it becomes tiresome to maintain the strict call ratio too much strict higher doctor call average ratio irrespective of area covering sharing ideas and other plans
