-They’ve changed the training structure so it’s not as streamlined -Communicate with different departments is difficult -Different departments are heavily understaffed which leads to delayed support for retail teams

Wonderful associate team that is positive and has fun. Great experience when customers are nice and receptive.

Cons

Really high sales expectations for low pay. At certain locations, inflexible scheduling (your time/day off requests get denied weeks in advance). Harsh management when you don’t sell enough. Associates have to badger customers even when they are visibly uncomfortable or annoyed.
