      Pros

      Great workplace, lovely colleagues, amazing brand with great values. Working here with my colleagues is a world of difference compared to some of the other companies I worked for. At Lush is no toxic athmosphere, we can feedback each other with RESPECT, and the managers are accountable. And we all love fun.

      Cons

      Salaries are not the highest, and not really compatible compared to other companies- although there are opportunities for bonus (which is really nice)
