      Pros

      50% discount for all Lush handmade products and Spa. Occasionally cheap stuff bags with a few products.

      Cons

      They always find a reason why not to give bonuses, Always payroll issues. The priority is the production, lack of office people, lack of space. They don't pay overtime for people who are on salary, but they expect to do it. Lack of professional training. It used to be a great company to work for when they valued the employees.

      Pros

      built self confidence, good employee discount, when taken on as a temp there are alot of people in the same boat so its easy to make friends. the company has good values and standpoints.

      Cons

      If you are not kept on in January your left without a job in the hardest month of the year with a few hours notice on the 31st, no one knows who's getting kept on, although the people who managers plan to keep on are treat differently, everyone who isn't sort of feels like an outsider. some managers can be quite rude.

      Pros

      Joined for 2 months for a temp role. Hours range from 10 to 48h a week. Team is young, vibrant, and interesting. Management is hardworking, meritocratic and kind to part-timers. Team members get many freebies.

      Cons

      Very little downtime, under constant pressure to approach customers even their body language shows they don't want to be approached. Physically exhausting at times due to restocking. Some pressure to hit sales target.
