You get to meet lots of great people and it can be a fun environment

Cons

Some members of management at this store really don’t know how to look after their staff and LUSH HQ don’t do anything to assist in these cases.

There were some benefits to working for lush, like the training and free products. They paid living wage.

Cons

While I worked there conditions got worse and worse. Our store was left without a manager for months, and I was refused the holiday days I wanted to take. Managers had favourite and it showed.
