Pros
i like working here a lot, all of the staff are very team orientated, and very good listeners and communicators. especially management. you get lots of support if you need it, and even if you dont ppl still look out for u on a day to day basis. the training is great if you dont know a lot about lush going in, your given help with learning about all the products and ethics of the company.
Cons
it can be a bit hard having to ensure all customers are checked in with if youre not especially a social or talkative person. you are also required to memorise and learn the ins and outs of a lot of products and ranges, a lot of which comes and goes very fast which can be hard if youre new to lush products
