      Pros

      -50% off discount -Fun environment at times -good music

      Cons

      -Pay is decent for key holder but not regular sales employees -managers are overworked -it really depends on the store but my experience was that it was very cliquey and there's a lot of pressure to sell since you get bonuses for reaching your goals (both a con and pro) -demanding schedule for meetings, like coming into work on your day off at 10pm -You're expected to adopt Lush as part of your identity in a strangely cult-y way

      Pros

      The 50% discount and helping people find that right products. They also were very hands on and trained their team well. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      It was very emotionally tasking and felt like a very pushy environment at times. Specifically when customers didn’t want to talk to us, we were coached to ask better questions.
