Lots of thorough training Staff discount/perks were very good For the most part lovely colleagues

Cons

I felt that one particular member of management was negative towards me, and I heard from other permanent members of staff that this was common behaviour from this person towards temporary staff and they became kinder towards you if you were to become permanent. I found them to be condescending and occasionally passive-aggressive and made me actively dislike being around them.

High expectations with little resources and time to meet goals in a proficient manner. Unusual senior leadership structure; company leadership team are viewed as untouchable and make decisions for other departments. This could be viewed as a conflict of interest, as only some department managers are part of the leadership team.
