Pros

Lots of creative opportunities, great people and a casual creative workspace. There's always new creative changes in the company. A majority of people at Lush have been brilliant, even the director level and founders are approachable good people that really care about what they do. A large company like this that has values can often be accused of greenwashing or using ethics for marketing; but from the inside I can see that everyone here genuinely believes in doing good and making the world a better place.

Cons

Along with being a creative company can come disorganisation and faff in every project. There has also been a lack of expertise at time as the 'brand' side of the company has chosen to prioritise hiring generalists over specialists; although giving creatives from shops other opportunities is honestly brilliant training and guidance for skilled work would have saved heart ache for a lot staff that ended up not finding there place working at Lush and eventually loosing there jobs in reorganisation.
