you always smell nice good staff discount and great colleagues

Cons

supervisors can make you approach customers very aggressively which is not appreciated by most. gets very busy around any major holiday(easter, mothers day, valentines, Xmas)

Great employee discount, the company has a lot of respected ethics and your co-workers are usually great

Cons

A lot of product training is expected in a short amount of time, there is no real HR, shop managers have too much control over their shops with a lack of supervision which can lead to a lot of issues.
