Business Outlook
Pros
Discount, Store Management been given the opportunity to make decisions for their stores rather than strict direction from Head Office and a great team to work with. Great that they continue to pay Sunday penalty rates alongside any further awards/pay increases.
Cons
Employee dissatisfaction and less opportunity for growth due to the current climate. The work place can become easily toxic and it can be hard to strike a work life balance. Management is absolutely not paid as high as they should be with the work load and expectations set by Head Office.
