      rewarding but demanding job

      Pros

      opportunities to move up within the company, I have already had multiple promotions while working here for two years. great discount and pay rate. Fun work environment. You also earn vacation time and sick leave.

      Cons

      long hours and talking constantly can be difficult. It is a job where a lot is expected of you, no matter what position you are in. You will often get feedback ( Coaching) on what you need to improve upon and if you follow these suggestions, you shouldn't have a problem.

      the staff discount is amazing. you get 50% off when you reach a certain sales level and with that 50% discount you can buy the best presents :):)

      Cons

      on top of college the shift can be a bit stressful but the environment is very friendly and fun so is not much of a problem

      Amazing paid training from staff you'll be working with. You get feedback to help you progress and do better or just to let you know that you're doing fab!

      Cons

      They don't seem to offer high hour contracts very regularly. You may spend all of your wages on the products!!
