Pros

There is a very friendly atmosphere in the office. The go-to-market team is warm and down-to-earth. There aren't big egos that interrupt your workflow and the product itself is a leader in the market, so it's always dynamic/busy with clients. There is a lot of support from management when it comes to valuable workshops that teach applicable skills to learn about. The commission and bonus structures are clear, and the targets are achievable. The best thing about the workplace are your colleagues - they'll be good friends and a strong resource. They make it really enjoyable to come into the office.

Cons

Fast-paced environment means there is a constant source of changes. Sometimes this is good, and sometimes it means readjusting from old initiatives that didn't work OR to new processes/initiatives that won't work.
