Great co-workers. One can learn a lot as the company changes in super fast pace.

Cons

Management and especially the CEO are micromanaging from time to time. The company is in a hyper-growth state which can be good as I said earlier but also bad when done recklessly. The company is growing and changing too fast without experienced management that can lead it. Management seem to like and manage the company as if it was a 30 people start up when they actually managing hundreds of employees. Most of the employees feel as if they are expected to work overtime even though it's not expected. There is no real work-life balance policy.
