Impact on Morale and Confidence: The lack of leadership and organizational clarity had a noticeable impact on my morale and self-confidence. Without clear expectations or direction, it was hard to feel secure in my work, and the constant ambiguity led to a decline in overall job satisfaction. Management Structure: There was a noticeable lack of managerial involvement in day-to-day activities.
