- Amazing people, the company hand picks them to be great team players and contributors - Worked on a few large scale projects - Range of technologies, databases, languages - Started from purely working on code, ended up managing a project, talking to customers and planning the road map with the product - Great team spirit

Cons

- Prone to changes, like almost any start-up - People get laid off, the overall grows but company does not carry non delivers - Management pushes to fast delivery, but respects personal life.
