Pros

Differentials add up really fast. $1-2/hour for night shift. $2/hour for ICU. $2/hour for charge or preceptor. We just received a $2 hour raise for having our BSN.

Cons

Corporate management is completely removed from bedside care and is not concerned. Unit management is available but also very removed and doesn't actually ask what we think or take it into consideration.
