Pros

The coworkers are real team players and help you when you need help. The food in the Cafe is good. The lab director and the lab manager are very good to work under and they try to accommodate everyone's needs. Amazing!

Cons

There is no covered parking and sometimes the parking lots are too full for the oncoming shifts to have parking spaces. Security is swift to write up a ticket for you when you park in the wrong place.

Pros

It’s an interesting department to help patients be more prepared for their admission. I feel it puts them more at ease for their surgery and recovery processes. We ensure that they have their pre-op instructions and know where to report to.

Cons

A lot of computer time and phone time is required daily.
