Supportive supervisor (depending on who you work under), great networking opportunities as you work with so many different service providers, 2-3 employee events per year which includes food/fun/games/prizes, opportunities to win incentives based on work performance, flexible schedule.

Cons

Extremely high stress (you can quickly be overworked), the pay is sometimes not worth the amount of work you are doing, benefits are expensive (if you need good insurance and not just the base option).

Cons

This company is a very click oriented worksite. Once you're perceived as a threat or don't agree with the staff that have been there some time; they make it purposely difficult/impossible to do your job & invariably impossible to experience job satisfaction.
