      Good place to start career, no long term

      Pros

      Good opportunity to start a career. Gave opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low side. Management acts like a 5% raise with a promotion is like having to bend over backwards. Same goes with the 1% bonus. Very weird family dynamic, promotions based on who you know not how well you preform. Growth is very limited for long term.

      Great place to work, lots of fun things to do in engineering, stable employment

      Pros

      Great family atmosphere, fun products to work on. Able to transition to other roles within the company. While there's a perception that the "culture" limits employee's abilities to get things done, I've found that you can pretty much take on whatever you think makes sense. No layoffs in company history - stable employment environment

      Cons

      Sometimes process slows us down and makes it harder to move as fast as we should.
