Terrible, just awful

Pros

The production crew are good folks.

Cons

Ridiculous hours with lots of mandatory overtime. Management is inept and only pushes production, while not considering why production goals aren't met. In a feeble attempt to try to increase production, management monitors and restricts (where possible) floor conversation and bathroom breaks. Long-time employees with a wealth of knowledge and experience are held back because they do not possess 4-year degrees. Employee morale is extremely low, with many looking for a way out. Safety record is embarrassingly abysmal. OSHA would do well to pay them a visit. People are constantly being injured and proper incident investigations are not being performed.
