Lutz is a hidden gem in Omaha!

Pros

Lutz is a fantastic company to work for. Their vision is forward-thinking and they're passionate about investing in their employees. 1. You get to wear JEANS! 2. Flexible schedules during the summer 3. Free donuts/bagels each Friday (plus all their snacks, pops, and beverages are free!) 4. Strong community service presence (internal committee for giving back) 5. Tons of work events! (Kickball, Dodgeball, Holiday Parties, etc.) 6. Great benefits! They continue to refine their offerings to adhere to employees' needs. 7. Open communication (encouraged to bring ideas and thoughts to the table) 8. Strong opportunity to grow and advance - you truly get to "take the wheel" with your career. 9. Ability to work with all levels of leadership; you're not restricted your department/division only

Cons

While there have been a lot of updates to the Omaha office space - there is still room to update the rest of it.
