Pros

- Interacting with all levels (no separation between executive leadership and staff levels) - Great culture: social events, fun perks (jeans days, donuts/bagels, free snacks, etc.) - Work/life balance - Open-mindedness: opinions matter and are valued - Ability to work with different departments (accounting, tech, talent, etc.). - Social events: Lutz is great about making sure that we still have fun and build relationships with your coworkers - Growth: having autonomy in your growth at Lutz, being able to work alongside leadership to develop your career path – it’s easy to see your future

- We’re running out of space due to growth!!!

Pros

Lutz treats interns very well. The pay is great, you can work as many hours as you want, you get free catered dinners 3-5 times a week at the office, and you have access to all of the friendly employees and partners at the office to learn from and connect with.

Cons

The training process could be improved.
