Pros

Nice environment with friendly colleagues. A lot of learning options with courses and webinars. Not only for beginners, but for advanced developers as well. Chance to grow professionaly. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

Sometimes the requirements are unclear and there is not enough information to complete my tasks. For example, you get only a screenshot of the design and don't have access to real one. This is client specific though.
