Overall a decent place to work at - Food tickets - Company-wide (online) events in all areas: personal development, mindfulness, sports, wellbeing, as well as technical - Friendly teammates - All paperwork issues are solved fast

Cons

- Slow onboarding process - I don't feel part of Luxoft's culture - Disorganisation on the client side - No welcome goodie bag on your first day - Not enough growth opportunity on the project
