      "russian-style" company by all means

      - good place to start career if you are not looking for long term employment - software development processes are most of all ok. May vary in different projects - some smart and professional colleagues. May vary in different projects

      Cons

      - the only way to get salary rise is to get offer from another company. Be prepared to be cheated when it goes to salary questions. E.g. Luxoft propose nice relocation package but at the same time your salary will be converted to local currency by exchange rate that is not even close to market rate that was two years ago. - company doesn't care about its employees at all, it treats you as resource. If project was finished you will be kicked out immediatelly or transferred to other project with salary loss around 10-20% - last two years company cuts hard all the benefits for employees as it is acquiring other companies, but in the same time employees don't profit at all from these moves, because company doesn't give any discounts for employees for buying company shares.
