      Pros

      Luxoft is a very big company, work environment depends on the team and the project. I was lucky to be part of Boeing projects, great team, amazing managers.

      Cons

      Sometimes priorities are not clear, you can be involved in multiple directions at the same time.

      Pros

      Good office, benefits, comfortable environment. Typically quite relaxed job (depends on project though), good work/life balance. Good place to start career.

      Cons

      Cons come from nature of the company - it's outsourcing company where technical stuff(and regular project managers) are just resources, the company is not really interested in anything than simple head selling. As such there is very limited room for promotions mostly connected to management/sells. Content of the job(interesting technical challenges etc) entirely depends on client/project(so mostly so-so). Even recent acquisitions of product companies doesn't really change things - it's about management mind set.
