      1. easy to get an offer 2. internal mobility program 3. trainings 4. Good processes 5. There some interesting clients

      Cons

      1. Level of engineering staff is much less than average 2. Staff maturity level is much less than average. It looks like a kindergarten. 3. Salaries are less than average. 4. Location of offices (this is my personal concern, but please double check you are ok with the location you are going to) 5. Common responsibility and therefore productivity level is less than average

      Luxoft is very proficient and efficient company on the market. It allows technical people to learn fast and grow fast if you demonstrate right attitude. A very good place to gain experience in software development.

      Cons

      Growth in technical positions is limited.
