Pros
The culture of Excelian is fantastic (/was fantastic). Teams have historically been very supportive of each other, which was a main driver for retention within the organisation.
Cons
If you are a consultant, are in management, or work in sales, you are very much appreciated. Salaries are not reflective of back office industries and do not have the same level of appreciation. However, even more importantly, during a difficult change management process in integrating with Luxoft, there is very little top-down communication of this process. Things are communicated last minute, and there is little accountability for change at Senior Management level. It becomes a finger pointing exercise, and makes team work across teams incredibly difficult. This filters throughout the organisation, and affects employee morale, motivation and turnover. It creates tension within and between teams, and the morale and culture that has been fostered throughout the years is slowly being diminished and lost.
